Article 8 - Use of the accommodation (house rules)

1. The accommodation is exclusively intended for recreational stay.

2. De Tulpenhoeve is intended for guests who appreciate peace, nature and quality.

3. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons per dwelling (baby cot on request).

4. It is forbidden for the tenant to cause nuisance to other residents of surrounding (holiday) homes by making music or noise.

5. Subletting, resale and/or transfer is not allowed.

6. It is prohibited to download, upload or stream illegally.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. Smoking is prohibited in the dwelling.

9. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

10. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.

11. Waste must be separated according to instructions (e.g., organic waste/glass/residual).

12. Moving furniture, making adjustments, and using (open) fire or BBQ without permission is not allowed.
